Welcome to DUTuner, I am Péter Kisapáti the founder and owner. I have been interested in radio technology since I was a child. This is why I built myself a radio transmitter and receiver. I was overjoyed when my first connection got established.
I got my radio license in 1972 and have been active in competitions ever since. Since I live in the eastern block, back then, it was not possible to source factory made radio equipment. Therefore, I had to manufacture everything myself. In 2005, I came into contact with the the company called OM-Power. They approached me to manufacture rotary capacitors. Later, I also started producing band switches for them. We still work together to this day.
Beginning in 2007, we started producing antenna tuners because we had the right quality rotary capacitors. At that time, my son also got involved in the development phase.
The first model was the DU3000T. This was followed by the DU1500L and DU1500T. Our automatic tuner, the DU3500AL was completed in 2013.
In 2021, we were very proud to release our DU4000AL PC remote controlled tuner.
Our goal is to help everyone solve their individual and unique challenges.
